INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Sparknify LLC from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in the Human vs. AI Night Market & Film Festival. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand Sparknify LLC are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items. I have read and understand the Human vs. AI Night Market & Film Festival Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in events held by Sparknify LLC. I understand that by signing this application I am agreeing to indemnify Sparknify LLC as well as follow all event rules and regulations.
